  • Catherine was most recently Chairperson and Chief Executive Officer of RATP Group, the number three-ranked global public transportation operator in the world with over 69,000 employees across four continents and 14 countries
  • Previously, Catherine was Deputy Group Chief Executive Officer at Rexel Group and Chief Financial Officer at Eutelsat. Catherine also held senior roles at Air France, including Group Chief Financial Officer, and at the French ministry of Economy
  • Catherine graduated from Institut Politiques de Paris in 1989 and from Ecole Nationale d’Administration in 1993

  • Prior to Diebold Nixdorf, Gerrard was Chief Executive Officer at DH Corporation, a Canadian FinTech company based in Toronto. Previously, Gerrard held senior roles at Lloyds TSB in London, at CIBC's Retail Bank and World Markets, and at McKinsey & Company
  • Gerrard graduated from the University of Toronto where he earned an MSc in Aerospace Engineering and from the University of the Witwatersrand where he earned a BSc in Aeronautical Engineering
Laurence Stoclet

  • Laurence currently serves as a member of the Board at Ipsos, a global leader in market research and public opinion polls, listed on the Euronext Paris Stock Exchange since 2002. Laurence is also a director of Oneworld (a Chinese fund investing in big data and marketing platforms in China) and Tivian (a Norwegian company developing employee and customer experience management software)
  • Laurence joined Ipsos as the Group Chief Financial Officer in 1998 to prepare its IPO and then was appointed Deputy Chief Executive Officer, a position she held until September 2022
  • Previously, Laurence was the Head of Treasury, Financing and Investor Relations at Metaleurop and an Audit and Consulting Manager at Arthur Andersen
  • Laurence obtained an MBA from ESCP Business School (Banking and Finance) and also holds a postgraduate diploma in accounting

  • Since joining Apollo, Michele had been involved in various private equity transactions, including Gala Coral, Braas Monier, Watches of Switzerland, NKBM, Oldenburgische Landesbank, Summit Leasing Slovenia, Gamenet, Lottomatica, Allwyn (f.k.a Sazka), Reno De Medici and Ingenico
  • Michele currently serves as a director of Lottomatica (an Italian gaming company), Allwyn (a European lottery operator), Reno De Medici (a European recycled carton board company), and as a supervisory board member of both NKBM (a Slovenian bank) and OLB (a German bank). Michele is a former board member of Watches of Switzerland, KBS banka, Gamenet and Summit Leasing Slovenia
  • Prior to joining Apollo, Michele was with Goldman Sachs International in the Financial Institutions Group within the Investment Banking Division, based in London
  • Michele graduated from Bocconi University where he earned a BA in Financial Institutions and Markets and a MSc in Finance
  • In 2019, Michele was selected by Private Equity and Financial News as one of the 25 rising stars of European private equity

  • Prior to joining Apollo, Rolf was the Chief Executive Officer at SIG, a leading Swiss-based global packaging company with ~€2 billion in revenues and operations in ~70 countries
  • Rolf currently serves as a member of the Board at Pactiv Evergreen, one of the largest manufacturers of fresh food & beverage packaging in North America, with ~$5 billion in revenues and stock listed on the NASDAQ. He also serves on the board of Reynolds Consumer Products, where he recently joined as Chair
  • In addition, Rolf is a director at Reno De Medici, a leading European recycled carton board company and a portfolio company of the Apollo Impact Mission fund, as well as Ingenico
  • Previously, Rolf was an Investment Director at Syntek Capital and a Senior Consultant at Roland Berger
  • Rolf graduated from Harvard Business School (General Management Program) and ESB Reutlingen and Ecole Supérieure de Commerce Reims, France

  • Prior to joining Apollo, Yulia was with Citigroup in the Financial Institutions Group within the Investment Banking Division in New York and London, focusing on financial technology and payments
  • Yulia graduated with a MSc in Finance and Asset Management from Brandeis International Business School and with a First-Class Honours BSc from London School of Economics

  • Chris graduated from the University of Wolverhampton with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Aided Product Design and completed the Corporate Finance for Executives programme at London Business School
