Ingenico has introduced a specialized application for its Android terminals (AXIUM range), known as "TerminalDiag". This application is accessible directly from the terminal’s desktop, allowing users to conduct comprehensive diagnostics on both hardware and software components. Through "TerminalDiag", users can perform a variety of tests to ensure optimal performance and troubleshoot any potential issues efficiently. For the TETRA range, an automatic test (to check the printer, PIN pad, etc.) can be initiated during device startup by pressing the "." + "green" buttons on the PIN pad.
