In the EMEA region, Ingenico’s Repair Centers are raising the bar for service quality, sustainability, and customer care. Strategically located in Poland, Spain, the UK, and Ukraine, these four centers provide essential support to over 500 customers across 27 countries, repairing over 1 million devices a year. By centralizing operations, Ingenico maximizes efficiency and upholds the highest standards of service across the region.

​​​​​​​Ingenico’s primary EMEA Excellence Repair Center is located in Bydgoszcz, Poland, where it operates in partnership with Reconext, a specialist in electronic device servicing.

Here, our dedicated team of skilled professionals works with precision and care to maintain and extend the life of Ingenico terminals.

The center’s experts are adept at tackling everything from component replacements to cosmetic improvements, ensuring that every device is restored to its optimal functionality. Meanwhile, having the latest equipment and technology on the premises enables smooth and efficient operations.

Our focus is on extending the usable life of electronic devices. We do this through the range of programs and services designed to recover used products. These devices might be broken, or at the end of their lifecycle with their current user. Once recovered, the items are fully tested, refurbished, and repaired if needed.

Supporting a circular economy

Ingenico understands that sustainability isn’t just a value – it’s a responsibility. Our commitment to sustainable practices is evident in every aspect of our repair centers.

At the Bydgoszcz facility, for instance, twenty percent of the center's electricity is sourced from onsite solar panels. Packaging use is minimised, and recycled materials are used whenever possible.

Each repaired device is given a second life, either by returning it to it the current user, or by being remarketed, which reduces the need for new resources. For devices beyond repair, usable components are carefully salvaged, while non-usable parts are recycled responsibly.
